# 2.3. Quên mật khẩu

#### Bước 1: Truy cập trang khôi phục mật khẩu

Mở trình duyệt và truy cập vào:\

#### Bước 2: Nhập địa chỉ email

1. Trong ô **Email Address**, hãy nhập **email bạn đã dùng để đăng ký tài khoản**.\
   \&#xNAN;*Ví dụ: <name@example.com>*
2. Nhấn nút **"Send Reset Link"** để gửi yêu cầu khôi phục mật khẩu.

#### Bước 3: Kiểm tra email

* Mở hộp thư đến của bạn (bao gồm cả thư mục Spam / Quảng cáo).
* Tìm email có tiêu đề như: **“Reset your password”** từ AI Chatbot.
* Nhấn vào **liên kết đặt lại mật khẩu** trong email.

#### Bước 4: Tạo mật khẩu mới

1. Sau khi nhấp vào liên kết, bạn sẽ được đưa đến trang tạo mật khẩu mới.
2. Nhập **mật khẩu mới** và **xác nhận mật khẩu**.
3. Nhấn **Xác nhận / Reset Password**.

#### ✅ Bước 5: Đăng nhập lại

Sau khi đặt lại thành công, bạn có thể quay lại trang Đăng nhập và sử dụng mật khẩu mới để truy cập.

📌 **Lưu ý:**

* Mật khẩu mới nên có ít nhất 8 ký tự, bao gồm chữ hoa, chữ thường, số và ký tự đặc biệt để đảm bảo an toàn.
* Nếu không nhận được email, hãy kiểm tra kỹ **thư mục Spam** hoặc nhấn “Send Reset Link” lại sau vài phút.
